FEED AND SEED is a great escape for Friday or Saturday night with the character of Old Time Appalachia.

Street Musicians performing Asheville have been discovered and performed at The Feed and Seed just 20 minutes south of Pack Square on Hwy 25. Friday starting at 7:30 pm and Saturday usually some excitement starting around 6. It’s free admission, the musicians are paid by tips.

Tipping is by no means required although gratuities are appreciated as most of the professional quality musicians and performers are working musicians. That means performing is their form of income.

Hendersonville, NC also allows Busking. Busking in Hendersonville is limited to Main St only on designated squares located at cross walks. Busking squares are marked presently by four white dots. Hendersonville is very friendly whether you are busking or just enjoy the historic culture of Old Time Appalachia.
